I take *full* ownership: idea → architecture → backend → frontend → DNS → deployment → payment → growth. My GitHub is full of "yes I built that" not "yes I forked that." For a Promos & Campaign role, the bridge is: 1. **I think in funnels.** Checkmate's coupon system is itself a campaign mechanic (cohort code → free pass → word-of-mouth → next paid customer). 2. **I ship fast.** 13 tools in a day, full Checkmate platform in 4 days. Campaign teams need iteration speed. 3. **I instrument everything.** Cost-per-call, conversion to paid, time-to-resolve — Checkmate logs all of it.
