## Convert markdown → PDF

On Mac, easiest options:
1. **Pandoc:** `brew install pandoc basictex && pandoc application.md -o application.pdf`
2. **VS Code:** Install "Markdown PDF" extension → right-click → Export PDF
3. **Online:** dillinger.io or stackedit.io → paste → export PDF
4. **Google Docs:** Paste raw markdown, manual format, File → Download → PDF

## Before submitting

- [ ] Add phone number to contact section
- [ ] Confirm portfolio URL is reachable from outside CF (test in incognito)
- [ ] Spot-check links: gw, checkmate, merge, detect, ig, cards
- [ ] Check resume is up to date if attaching separately
- [ ] One last proofread for typos

## Notes

- Keep tone confident, not cocky.
- Lead with Checkmate (revenue + recency).
- Don't claim metrics you can't substantiate (no fake user counts).
- They explicitly screen for "built something with AI" — that's your strongest angle.
