Always update `~/arnav/random/LAYOUT.md` whenever any folder or file is added, removed, or renamed in the random directory.

**Why:** Arnav wants a living index of what's in the directory so it stays organized and understandable.

**How to apply:** After any create/delete/rename operation in ~/arnav/random/, edit LAYOUT.md to reflect the change and update the "Last updated" date.
